Job Description
The Telesales Operations AM will be responsible for managing the company’s daily functions in telesales and fulfilment. Primary focus will be on basic call center expectations: Meeting sales targets, operating efficiencies, process improvements, technology utilization, people development, quality assurance and financial management. This individual must have experience running a large operation in a BFSI Consumer Call Center Telesales environment, wherein the functions performed are all outbound.
