About the Role
Company is looking for Sales Consultant who is passionate about changing the way millions of children learn. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll conduct structured counseling sessions with students to understand their learning needs. You’ll prospect, retain, build, and strengthen customer base. To do so, you’ll ensure that you’re there for the customer every step of the way, which includes understanding their queries and coordinating cross-functionally to get them resolved. You’ll responsible for organizing seminars, workshops along with other business development activities.

How you’ll Ramp?
In First Week..
_Organization’s journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
_Spend time with our product and sales experts to get up-to-speed on product, marketing, and sales strategies. Attend counseling sessions with your experienced team members to gain first-hand experience of the counseling process.
By Day 30..
_Carry out at least 2-3 counselling sessions/day with students and their parents at their homes.
_Become an expert at understanding students’ profiles and their problems through structured counseling sessions. Explain to students how COMPANY’s personalized learning addresses their needs.
By Day 90..
_Manage a portfolio of a large number of students. Watch the revenue you bring in make a widespread impact on organisation business.
_Dig deeper and pick a project that matters to Company and its success. By doing so, you’ll be solving problems on a pan-India level.
Key Qualifications
_MBA/PGDM, B.Tech/BE or any graduates from recognized institutes.
_3 - 4 years of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience is preferable.
_Excellent communication skills.
