Exam Co – Ordinator

This role will be diligent in carrying out the event /exam related services including but not limited to reaching the designated venue on time, carrying out the  invigilation/ supervision / administration of event / exams smoothly and efficiently, safeguarding the assets / resources of Company, handling the question papers, answer sheets and related documents carefully, managing the logistics, wherever required, efficiently etc.  
  1. Be available for training and briefing
  2. Interact with Event Manager and internal team members
  • Report at venue 1.5 hours prior to test time
  1. Complete all the activities required to conduct the test process.
  2. Ensure the test starts on time and as per the process.
  3. Monitor the overall conduction and process.
  • Inform all the concerned about the progress of entire process and provide relevant details and counts.
  • Intimate and update the event manager as and when required.
  1. Maintain all documents such as Attendance Sheets, Trackers, Score Sheets etc.
  2. Prepare the required reports and submit the same to Event Manager
  3. Return all the test materials and other equipment to Event Manager
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all the records, data and information related to the process.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, focused, personable, goal-oriented sales professional with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent leadership, motivation and communication skills required.
  • Able to develop strategic plans with timelines and execute as planned.
  • Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to take assignments and understand deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales management and customer service positions preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.  Must have excellent attention to detail.
